Conditions:

100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - a.At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or b.At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or h is Personal Licence is suspended

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence

102 - The admission of children to films given under this licence must be restricted in accordance with the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification or of the licensing authority itself

107 - Any individual carrying out security activities at the premises must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority. This does not apply where the premises are being used primarily as a Qualifying Club under a Club Premises Certificate, under a Temporary Event Notice, or primarily as a cinema, restaurant or theatre

170 - Refuse receptacles shall be emptied regularly

172 - a.The Licensee / Duty Manager shall ensure that an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials is available on the premises. b.If required, at least one suitably trained first aider shall be on duty when the public are present. I f more than one suitably trained first-aider is present, each person's responsibilities shall be clearly identified.

288 - That the CCTV system installed upon the premises shall be maintained in good working condition and operable at all times

289 - That recordings taken by the CCTV system installed upon the premises shall be kept and made available for inspection by authorised officers for a period of thirty one (31) days

293 - That staff shall be trained in all aspects, aims and objectives of the licensing laws and a record of the dates and names of the staff trained kept

341 - That there shall be careful monitoring of numbers and provision made for extra SIA registered door supervisors when specific events are held

342 - That there shall be late night stewarding and careful management of crowds as they leave the venue

343 - That there shall be ongoing liaison and relationship building with police and community wardens and the local community

344 - That live and recorded music will not be played after 2300 hours and soundtracks to films will not be played after 0100 hours

345 - That there shall be a dedicated litter picking and cleaning team on site during and after events with disposal through compacters and collection points located in areas not accessible by the general public

346 - That when London Bridge Management Company (LMBC) agrees that an Event ORganiser that is not LMBC may serve alcohol at The Scoop, LMBC shall ensure that the Event Organiser identifies a named individual who can act at the Delegated Premises Supervisor. T he Delegated Premises Supervisor will hold a Personal Licence and associated qualification (as well as any other legal requirement at the time of the event) and be responsible for managing the supervision of alcohol throughout the event in accordance with the licensing objectives
