Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

112 - This Licence allows for the premises to remain open for non standard timings on, New years Eve from 07.00 to 03.30 the following day

113 - This licence allows for the premises to remain open for the sale or supply of alcohol for non standard timings on , New Years Eve from 09.00 to 03.00 the following day

114 - This licence allows for the premises to extend the following licensable activities for non standard timings as stated below on the following days: Provision of regulated entertainment: Live Music, Recorded Music on New Years Eve from 12:00 to 03:00 the following day Performances of Dance on New Years Eve from 10:00 to 03:00 the following day

115 - This licence allows for the premises to provide late night refreshment for non standard timings on, New Years Eve from 23.00 to 03.00 the following day

288 - That a CCTV system be installed at the premises and be maintained in good working order and be continually recording at all times the premises are in use under the licence. The CCTV System must be capable of capturing a clear facial image of every person who enters the premises.

289 - That all CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty one (31) days and shall, upon request, be made immediately available to Officers of the Police and the Council.

311 - Suitable notices shall be displayed requesting people to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner so as not to disturb local residents.

336 - A personal licence holder shall be on the premises and on duty every Friday and Saturday night after 20:00hrs until the terminal hour

340 - That all staff are trained in their responsibilities under the licensing act 2003 and training records to be kept and updated every 6 months and shall, upon request, be made immediately available to Officers of the Police and the Council.

343 - Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on or off the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals or take away meals and for consumption by such person as an ancillary to that meal.

344 - Tables and chairs will not be placed on the pavement outside the premises.

345 - There premises will not charge an entry fee or on ticketed entry.

346 - All staff will receive regular training regarding the requirements of the four Licensing Objectives of the Licensing Act 2003 with appropriate training records maintained.

347 - Staff will be trained to use the incident logs.

348 - The premises shall operate a challenge 25 policy and will not allow any under 18’s on site at any time if not accompanied by a responsible adult.

349 - A challenge 25 policy will be in operation at the premises.

350 - Violent and drunk people shall not be served.

351 - An incident log book will be maintained at the premises where staff will be responsible for entering details of any incident of a violent/disorderly nature.

352 - The premises licence holder will ensure compliance of current fire and safety regulations and ventilation and air conditioning to be well maintained and in good condition.

353 - Staff will be trained regarding protection of children from harm.

358 - Customers will be asked to leave the vicinity of the premises promptly, quietly and respectfully.

359 - SIA registered door supervisor will be engaged when the premises are in operation and the terminal hour is greater than 01:00. They will be employed at all times after 21:00 until the end of business and all patrons have vacated the premises, they will be engaged to monitor admission, security, protection of staff and dealing with conflict.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AG - All persons appearing under 25 years of age shall be asked for ID.

809 - Before the premises license can take effect sound limiting device/s shall be installed.

840 - Before the premises license can take effect self-closers and acoustic seals and brushes to all doors/firedoors to be used by patrons (in accordance with BS 6459 Pt. 1 1984), shall be installed.

841 - Before the premises license can take effect acoustic lobbies of adequate dimensions/ residence time to all door to the external to be used by patrons, ensuring that all doors open in the direction of escape in case of fire, shall be installed.

842 - Before the premises license can take effect noise insulation to any air handling plant, condensers, etc. to ensure the sound outputs are 10 dB(A) below the lowest L90 15 min relevant in the period the plant will be operational, shall be installed

843 - The sound limiting device/s shall be set with the assistance of a qualified sound engineer to ensure that the maximum levels of volume and bass permitted by the system ensure any music, speech or song from licensed entertainment is not audible in or at nearby residential premises or causes a public nuisance in the vicinity of the premises

844 - Should there be any change to the equipment involved in the broadcast or limiting of sound from licensed entertainment that the sound limiter/s be re-set, in conjunction with a qualified sound engineer, to ensure that any music, speech or song from licensed entertainment is not audible at nearby residential premises nor will cause a public nuisance in the vicinity of the premises

845 - The sound limiting device shall be maintained at the set level there-after.

846 - All audio and musical equipment used in the premises, permitted under the Licensing Act 2003 or the Live Music Act 2012, shall be played through the installed sound limiting device

847 - All speakers for the broadcast of sound within the premises shall be isolated from the structure of the premises by anti-vibration mountings or mats

848 - All live music performances shall be acoustic, other than an electric keyboard with inbuilt volume control to be used for accompaniment of an artist, with no loud instruments e.g. brass, drums or pipes permitted

849 - During any licensed entertainment on the premises, permitted under the Licensing Act 2003 or the Live Music Act 2012, all doors and windows shall remain closed (except for access or egress).

850 - External waste handling, collections, deliveries and the cleaning of external areas shall only occur between the hours of 08.00 and 20.00

851 - There shall be no entry past 00.30

852 - All sales of alcohol must be ancillary to a substantial table meal

853 - Customers shall use no outside area after 21.00hrs other than those who temporarily leave the premises to smoke a cigarette there shall be no more than five people at any one time. Any drinks taken outside shall be decanted by premises staff into polycarbonate/plastic drink ware.

854 - No alcohol shall be consumed outside premises after 21.00hrs.
