Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

788 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that the CCTV system shall continually record whilst the premises is open for licensable activities and during all times when customers remain on the premises and signage to this effect is to be displayed

789 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that all CCTV recordings shall be stored for a minimum period of 31 days with date and time stamping. Recordings shall be made available following the written request of Police or authorised officer throughout the preceding 31 day period

793 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that reasonable and adequate staff training shall be carried out and properly documented in relation to, dealing with incidents and prevention of crime and disorder; sale of alcohol (to underage, persons over 18 purchasing for underage, drunks etc) prior to being allowed to sell alcohol.

840 - The premises licence holder shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that any persons loitering outside the premises disperse quickly and do not congregate

841 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that staff shall be vigilant in relation to litter issues, routinely check the premises during opening hours to ensure they are clean and tidy and to ensure the frontage of the premises is swept at least once each trading day.

842 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that all training records shall be retained for 12 months and made available to police and local authority officers upon reasonable request.

843 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that refresher training shall be satisfactorily completed every six months for all staff and documented as above.

844 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that an incident register will be kept on the premises to record all incidents of crime or disorder. This shall be made available, upon reasonable request, to the Local Authority Licensing Officers and Metropolitan Police Licensing Officers

845 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that the premises shall install and maintain a comprehensive Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system.

846 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that a staff member from the premises who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system shall be on the premises at all times when the premises are open to the public

847 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that if the CCTV equipment breaks down, the DPS or deputy informs the Licensing Authority and the Police as soon as is reasonably practicable, record this matter in the incident book and have the fault repaired as soon as is reasonably practicable. Once the fault is rectified, the Licensing Authority and the Police are to be informed

848 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that notices shall be prominently displayed in the premises to advise patrons and staff that a ‘Challenge 25’, or similar, scheme operates in the premises

849 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that no open vessels shall be allowed off the premises

850 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that no drinking vessels will be supplied to customers.

851 - That no beers or ciders with above 6.5% ABV will be displayed at the premises or sold or offered for sale from the premises save for: (i) Export Guinness (max 7.5% abv) (ii) Dragon Stout (max 7.5% abv) (iii) Leffe Beer (max 6.6% abv)

852 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that during the hours of 23:00hrs and 07:00hrs the following day, there will be window service only.

853 - The premise licence holder shall ensure that there is no consumption of alcohol on the premises

854 - There shall be a personal licence holder present on the premises when open to members of the public between 07:00hrs and 23:30hrs.

855 - There shall be a at least one member of staff who holds a personal licence holder’s certificate between 23:00hrs and 07:00hrs

8AA - The premises licence holder shall operate a ‘Challenge 25’, or similar, scheme at the premises whereby anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 shall be asked to provide proof of age that he or she is over 18. Proof of age shall only comprise of a passport, a photo-card driving licence or an industry approved proof of age identity card.

8AI - The premises licence holder shall ensure that any refusals of sale of age-related products are recorded in a refusals log as soon as is reasonably practicable after the sale is refused. The log should show the date and time of the event; the product(s) sought; the gender and approximate age of the customer together with a description of the customer. The refusals log shall be checked and signed monthly by the designated premises supervisor. The refusals log shall be made immediately available for inspection by the licensing team, police or trading standards.

927 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that notices shall be prominently displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and leave the area quietly.
