Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - a.At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or b.At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence

112 - This licence allows for the premises to remain open for non standard timings on a sunday before a bank holiday, 08:00 - 06:00.

113 - This licence allows for the premises to remain open for the sale or supply of alcohol for non standard timings on a sunday before a bank holiday, 08:00 - 05:30.

114 - This licence allows for the premises to extend the following licensable activities for non standard timings, on a sunday before a bank holiday from 08:00 - 06:00, as stated below: Provision of regulated entertainment, Films, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance, Anything of a similar discription.

115 - This licence allows for the premises for the provision of late night refresment for non standard timings on the sunday before a bank holiday, 08:00 - 06:00.

167 - That fire action notices be provided in prominent positions to advise persons of the procedure to adopt in the event of a fire. There shall be an effective written emergency plan.

263 - That emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, equipment and notices are to be provided consistent with the risk assessment.

288 - That a CCTV system shall be installed both inside and outside the premises in conjunction with advice from the local Police and be maintained in good working order. This system shall be continually recording at all times that the premises are in use under the Premises Licence. All such CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty one (31) days and shall, upon request, be made immediately available to officers of the Police or Council.

294 - That only bottles and glasses made from toughened glass shall be used during the sale or supply of any drinks, whether alcoholic or not, to customers.

296 - That there shall be no irresponsible drinks promotions undertaken at the premises.

298 - That signs shall be displayed in the entrance foyer to the premises that state 'Drug Free Zone' and 'No Search, No Entry. Management Reserve The Right To Refuse Entry'.

302 - That an anti-drugs statement shall be displayed prominently at the entrance to the premises and arrangements made with Southwark Police in accordance with the Best Practical Guide prepared by the Metropolitan Police.

303 - That you shall require any person hiring the premises to complete the 'Venue Hire Agreement' provided by the Metropolitan Police and, once completed, you shall ensure that a copy of the agreement is provided to the Police and Southwark Council's Licensing Service a minimum of 28 days prior to the date of hire.

306 - That air conditiong units will be provided in addition to intake/extract fans and that all installations will be fitted with noise reduction devices.

310 - That all external doors and windows (excepting any that have to be locked open to ensure public safety) shall be kept shut and under strict management supervision and allow access and egress only whilst entertainment is being provided.

311 - That suitable notices shall be displayed, and announcements made at the end of each night's entertainment, requesting that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner with due regard to local residents.

312 - That no outside parts of the cartilage shall be used for events of a licensable nature, or shall be used while events are in progress.

313 - That there shall be no movement of musical or amplification equipment from the premises between the hours of 12 midnight and 8am and any vehicle carrying such equipment shall be parked as far away from residential premises as reasonable practicable.

319 - That an acoustic lobby will be created at the front entrance and that the adjoining windows will be double glazed.

324 - That there shall be an arrangement made with a local licensed cab office to enable patrons of the venue to call responsible cabs and leave the area as necessary when they have concluded their business at the premises.

326 - That all staff concerned with the sale or supply of intoxicating liquor undergo a recognised training scheme for such duties and a record of such training is kept and made available for inspection, on request to officers of the Police or Council.

332 - That children will be accompanied by parents or responsible adult guardians.

334 - The adoption and implementation of a recognised Proof of Age scheme.

336 - That a Personal Licence holder be on the premises at all times that intoxicating liquor is sold or supplied.

340 - That SIA registered door supervisors shall be employed at the premises after 9PM each night and be provided with a hand held metal detection unit and a mechanical counting device in order to supervise admissions to and departures from the premises and to ensure that the premises maximum accommodation limit is not exceeded.

341 - That a device shall be fitted to all fire doors and be maintained so that a warning light is switched on above the door inside the premises whenever any fire door is opened.

342 - That the area outside the front entrance will only be used for cycle parking and not for customer use.

343 - That suitable numbers of staff shall be employed outside the premises for up to one hour after the terminal hour to take all reasonable steps to ensure that patrons leave in a quiet and orderly manner so as not to disturb local residents.

344 - That there shall be no public access to the first floor of the premises after 21:00 hours

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AL - That the management of the premises will be based on appropriate risk assessments. The risk assessment is to be retained and updated as necessary on a regular basis as part of overall training and management responsibilities of the Premises Manager.

788 - That the premises shall install and maintain a comprehensive CCTV system as per the minimum requirements of the Metropolitan Police Service. All entry and exit points shall be covered enabling frontal identification of every person entering in any light condition. The CCTV system shall continually record whilst the premises is open for licensable activities and during all times when customers remain on the premises. All recordings shall be stored for a minimum period of 31 days with date and time stamping. Recordings shall be made available immediately upon the request of police or authorised officers throughout the proceeding 31 day period. The CCTV system shall be updated and maintained according to police recommendations

791 - That on Friday, Saturday and Sunday the premises will employ two (2) SIA registered door supervisors, one of which will be female, from 21:00 hours until the terminal hour or when the premises is closed to the public and all patrons have left. At 23:00 hours on each of these nights the premises will employ an additional two (2) SIA registered door supervisors until the premises is closed to the public and all patrons have left. They will be provided with and will use hand held metal detectors for the purposes of searching all patrons prior to entry. A mechanical counting device will be used to ensure that the capacity of the premises is known at all times and that the accommodation limit is not exceeded.

840 - That all licensable activities shall stop at 04:00 and the premises shall close at 04:30 on Friday and Saturday

841 - That no spirits (alcohol containing more than 20% ABV) shall be sold by the bottle or half bottle

842 - That all spirits (alcohol containing more than 20% ABV) shall be sold by the measure of 25ml or 35ml at a maximum of two measures per container/glass

843 - That polycarbonate/plastic drinkware be used by all persons after 22:00. All alcoholic and soft drinks are to be decanted by the premises staff into such drinkware at the point of sale

844 - That no bottles or glass shall be stored between 22:00 and 06:30 in a place where the public have access

845 - That there be a full change of designated premises supervisor of the venue

846 - That there be a change of security company employed by the premises

847 - That an ID scanning system, to the reasonable satisfaction of the police, be installed and maintained at the premises. The system shall be capable of sharing information about banned customers with other venues, identify the hologram of an ID, read both passports and ID cards, able to identify fake or forged documents to a reasonable standard. The system will be in operation at all times after 22:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday when the premises are in operation under the premises licence and will be used to record the details of all persons entering the premises including staff, members of the public, performers and their assistants. Entry to the premises will not be permitted without the production of the relevant ID document and or the other person’s details are already stored on the system and they are identified using a biometric identification system.

848 - That a management policy be submitted by the security company employed by the premises to the Metropolitan Police Service and Southwark’s licensing unit within 14 days

849 - That no drinks be removed from the premises at any time

850 - That all patrons that are inside the venue prior to 22:00 hours and wish to remain inside the premises beyond this time will have to be scanned as a condition to remain.

851 - That at all times the premises is in operation under the premises licence, there will be at least one member of staff trained to a satisfactory standard able to operate the ID scan system and able to retrieve data from the system on request of the Police or other authorised officer.

852 - That there shall be a maximum accommodation limit of 300 not including staff.

925 - There shall be no new admissions or readmissions to the premises after 02:00am on any day with the exception of smokers. There shall be no more than five persons who can be smoking outside the premises at any one time in the designated smoking area
