Conditions: 288 - That a CCTV system both inside and outside (near the main entrance) of the premises is to be installed to Data Protection Standards and shall continuously display & record the correct date and time. At least one staff member on duty must be trained in use of the CCTV and be able to provide recordings on demand to authorised persons.

289 - The cameras are to cover the whole of the premises; the recordings (or true copies) will be retained for 31 days and made available to police officers, community officers and authorised persons on request. Such recordings must be in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software. The CCTV shall be in operation 24 hours a day.

340 - That clearly legible notices shall be prominently displayed where they can easily be seen and read by customers requesting to the effect that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner so as not to disturb local residents. Such notices shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

341 - That clearly legible notices shall be prominently displayed at the entrance of the premises where they can easily be seen and read by customers requesting to the effect that customers wait for service inside the premises. Such notices shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

342 - That children will not be permitted to enter the premises after 23:00hrs unless accompanied by an adult.

343 - That no more than 4 customers of the premises will be permitted to smoke at the external shop front at any one time.

344 - That a contact telephone number for neighbours to report any incidents will be prominently displayed where it can be easily seen and read by passers by and shall be kept free from obstruction at all times.

345 - That an incident book / incident recording system shall be kept at the premises to record details of any of the following occurrences at the premises: • Instances of anti-social or disorderly behaviour • Violence • Calls to the police or fire brigade • Abuse of staff and / or customers • Ejections of people from the premises • Visits to the premises by the local authority, police or fire brigade • Refused sales • Any malfunction in respect of the CCTV system • Any other relevant incidents The incident book / incident recording system shall record the time, date, location and description of each incident, the printed and signed name of the person reporting the incident and any action taken in respect of the incident. The incident book / incident recording system shall be available / be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in use in accordance with this licence and shall be made available to officers of the council, police or fire brigade on request.

346 - That waste or refuse arising through the operation of the premises, deposited in the immediate vicinity of the premises, shall be cleared away by staff regularly throughout the operating hours of the premises and at the end of trade on each day.

347 - That customers shall not be permitted to consume alcohol at the premises at any time.

348 - That clearly legible notices shall be prominently displayed where they can easily be seen and read by customers stating to the effect that the premises are a drug free zone and stating the drugs policy of the premises. Such notices shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

349 - That only customers purchasing food, consuming food from the premises and persons waiting for customers who are purchasing or consuming food from the premises will be allowed within the premises.

350 - That any external plant machinery shall be so installed to ensure the sound output from the plant machinery is 10db(A) below the lowest L90 15 min relevant to the period the plant will be operational.

351 - That the kitchen exhaust air system shall terminate at eaves level and be fitted with adequate filtration to prevent odour nuisance in the vicinity of the premises.

352 - That external waste handling, collections, deliveries and the cleaning of external areas shall occur only between the hours of 08:00hrs and 20:00hrs on any day.

840 - That all staff shall be trained in respect of the terms and conditions of this licence and in respect of the operation and management of the premises. A record of such training shall be kept / be accessible at the premises at all times and will be made immediately available to council or police officers on request. The training record shall include the trainee’s name (in block capitals), the trainer’s name (in block capitals), the signature of the trainee, the signature of the trainer, the date(s) of training and a declaration that the training has been received.
