Conditions: 340 - That contracts for sustainable removal of waste shall be made and enforced throughout the complex to ensure prevention of any waste build up and removal of such waste in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner.

341 - SIA registered security staff shall monitor queues into and out of the venue to ensure that patrons queuing to enter and leaving the venue do not cause noise nuisance and anti social behaviour in the vicinity of the premises.

342 - That at all times the volume control for background recorded music shall be closely monitored by the manager on duty to ensure there is no public nuisance caused by noise pollution.

343 - That a comprehensive dispersal policy shall be produced, maintained and updated at the premises. All staff shall be trained in respect of the policy and be made aware of any changes to the policy. A copy of the dispersal policy shall be made available to the council or police on request.

344 - That no noise shall emanate from the premises nor vibration be transmitted through the structure of the premises which gives rise to a nuisance in the vicinity of the premises.

345 - That the applicant shall adequately ventilate the premises to allow doors and windows to remain closed during licensed entertainment.

346 - That the applicant shall close all windows and entrance doors when regulated entertainment takes place except for the immediate access and egress of persons to and from the premises.

347 - That the applicant shall employ suitably experienced person(s) at all times during licensable activities to ensure that patrons do not cause a nuisance in the vicinity of the premises.

348 - That the applicant shall prominently display clearly legible signage at all patron exits requesting that patrons leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner that is respectful to local residents.

349 - The applicant shall keep all highway and public spaces in the immediate vicinity of the premises free from litter emanating from the premises while the premises are open.

350 - There shall be no deliveries and / or collections between 21:00 - 06:00 hours Monday - Sunday.

351 - The applicant shall properly present and place out all waste for collection no earlier than 30 minutes before the scheduled collection times.

352 - That all parts of the premises shall be provided with adequate illumination.

353 - That the premises shall only operate between 1 March to 1 October each year.

354 - That a sound limiting device (SLD) shall be installed at the premises. All amplification equipment used at the premises shall be routed through the SLD. The SLD shall be calibrated so that any sound broadcast via the amplification equipment at the premises does not give rise to nuisance of any kind.

840 - That the premises may hold a maximum of 15 major events per annum with a maximum capacity of 800 patrons. The applicant will notify residents and responsible authorities 14 days in advance of each event.

841 - That the premises may hold a maximum of 35 events with a maximum capacity of 150 held in the auditorium. The applicant will notify residents and responsible authorities 14 days in advance of each event.

842 - That SIA door supervisors and suitably qualified stewards will be employed at the premises in line with the Bold Tendencies visitor management strategy.

843 - That a CCTV system be installed at the premises and be maintained in good working order and be continually recording at all times the premises are in use under the licence. The CCTV system must e capable of capturing a clear facial image of every person who enters the premises.

844 - That all CCTV footage will be kept for a period of 31 days and shall on request be made immediately available to officers of the police and the council. There will be at least one person on duty at all times that is familiar with the operation of the CCTV and able to download the footage upon request.

845 - That the documents provided in the application namely, the Bold Tendencies visitor management strategy, the fire safety policy and fire evacuation plan, fire risk assessment, auditorium noise assessment (and any amendments to these documents) shall be adhered to and kept at the premises.

846 - That all staff are trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 in addition to the Bold Tendencies visitor management strategy, the fire safety policy and fire evacuation plan, fire risk assessment, auditorium noise assessment and training records will be kept and signed and updated every 6-months. The records shall, upon request be made immediately available to Officers of the police and the council.

847 - That a personal licence holder is on the premises and on duty at all times when intoxicating is supplied.

848 - That no alcohol will be supplied unless an event is held at the premises by Bold Tendencies.
