Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

128 - That the premises shall not stock, sell or serve beers, lagers or ciders above 6.5% ABV.

248 - That fire fighting equipment shall be located at the premises and shall be regularly tested and maintained to ensure that it is in full working order.

288 - That a CCTV system shall be installed at the premises to the satisfaction of the local police licensing office and shall be in maintained in full working order at all times that the premises is in operation.

289 - Recordings captured by the CCTV system shall be kept for 31 days and be made available to authorised officers for inspection on request.

293 - All staff shall be trained in the proof of age compliance scheme and records of such training shall be retained on the premises and made available for inspection by authorised officers on request.

296 - That no advertising, campaigns or promotions in respect of alcohol shall encourage irresponsible drinking. If authorised officers raise concerns about any such promotions the licensee shall discontinue it.

311 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed at all exits at the premises requesting that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner with due respect for local residents.

316 - That the delivery of goods to and from the premises shall only occur between 08:00 hours and 20:00 hours.

327 - That clearly legible notices shall be prominently displayed stating that sales of alcohol will not be made to persons under 18 years of age.

334 - A proof of age compliance scheme shall be established and maintained at the premises. The scheme shall require the production of proof of age (comprising a passport, driving licence or Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) accredited card) from any person appearing to staff engaged in selling alcohol to be under 18 years old and who is attempting to buy alcohol.

336 - That a personal licence holder is on the premises at all times when alcohol is sold to a member of the public.

340 - That clearly legible crime prevention notices and a notice providing the contact details of the designated premises supervisor shall be prominently displayed at the premises.

341 - That details of the premises opening and closing times will be clearly displayed upon the premises.

342 - That the CCTV system shall be able to record the sale of alcohol at the premises.

343 - That the licensee shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that stocks of alcohol and tobacco shall only be sourced from authorised bona fide suppliers.

344 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed to indicate the position and location of emergency exits at the premises.

345 - That adequate and appropriate first aid equipment / materials shall be kept at the premises at all times.

346 - That alcohol is displayed in an area which can be constantly monitored or supervised by staff (by way of CCTV) and shall be kept separate from goods likely to be purchased by persons less than 18 years of age.

347 - All points of access/egress at the premises are to be kept unobstructed, with non slippery and even surfaces, free of trip hazards and shall be clearly identified.

348 - When the premises are in operation under its premises licence there will be a minimum of two (2) staff on the premises at all times between the hours of 22.00hrs and 02.00hrs.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AF - No open containers of alcohol or any other drink shall be taken outside of the premises.

4AG - That a Challenge 21 scheme is in place.
