Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - a.At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or b.At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or h is Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

107 - Any individual carrying out security activities at the premises must be. (a) authorised to carry out that activity by a licence granted under the Private Security Industry Act 2001; or (b) entitled to carry out that activity by virtue of section 4 of that Act.

109 - On permitted hours the days for sale of Alcohol are adjusted as follow. a.On Good Friday, 12 noon to 10.30.p.m. b.On Christmas Day, 12 noon to 3.00.p.m. and 7.00.p.m. to 10.30.p.m. c. On New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December). The above restrictions do not pr ohibit; i)During the first twenty minutes after the above hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises; ii)During the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel; iii)During the first thirty minutes after the above hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meals; iv)Consumption of the alcoh ol on the premises or the taking of sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises; v)The ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the dispatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered; vi)The sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club; vii)The sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty's naval, military or air forces; viii)The taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there; or ix)The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by the persons so supplied; or x)The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the li cence, or the consumption of alcohol so supplied, if the alcohol is supplied at the expense of their employer or the person carrying on, or in charge of, the business on the premises.

110 - No statutory regulations for music and dancing shall apply so as to require any licence for the provision in the premises of public entertainment by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or of programmes included in any programme service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service, or of public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is produced solely by the reproduction of recorded sound is permitted.

111 - This licence provides for the provision of private music and dancing entertainment that is promoted for private gain;

112 - This licence allows for the premises to remain open for non standard timings as stated on the days below. Christmas Eve 10:00 to 01.30 the following day St Patrick Day 10:00 to 01.30 the following day

113 - This licence allows for the premises to remain open for the sale or supply of alcohol for non standard timings as stated below on the following days: Christmas Eve 10:00 to 01.00 the following day St Patrick’s Day 10:00 to 01.00 the following day

114 - This licence allows for the premises to extend the following licensable activities for non standard timings as stated below on the following days: Provision of regulated entertainment Live Music, Recorded Music, Anything of a similar description. 122 - No person under fourteen shall be in the bar of the licensed premises during the permitted hours unless one of the following applies a.He is the child of the holder of the premises licence b.He resides in the premises, but is not employed there c.He is in the bar solely for the purpose of passing to or from some part of thepremises which is not a bar and to and from which there is no other convenient means of access or egress d.The bar is in railway refreshment rooms or other premises constructed, fit ted and intended to be used bona fide for any purpose to which the holding of the licence is ancilla. In this condition "bar" includes any place exclusively or mainly used for the consumption of intoxicating liquor. But an area is not a bar when it is usu al for it to be, and it is, set apart for the service of tablemeals and alcohol is only sold or supplied to persons as ancillary to their table meals.

127 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied: a.With and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together w ith the meal; b.For consumption by a person residing in the premises or his guest and paid for together with his accommodation; c.To a canteen or mess.

288 - That a CCTV system be installed at the premises and be maintained in good working order and be continually recording at all times the premises are in use under the licence. The CCTV System must be capable of capturing an image of every person who enters the premises.

289 - That all CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty one (31) days and shall, upon request, be made immediately available to Officers of the Police and the Council.

290 - A door supervisor shall be on duty during the times that entertainment is provided.

293 - All staff involved in the sale of alcohol shall be trained in the "challenge 25" policy and a record of the training, including the dates that each member of staff is trained, shall be kept and produced on request by the Council authorised officers or the Police.

308 - No entry or re entry to be allowed after 23:00hrs unless for those that leave the premises temporarily for the purpose of a cigarette.

311 - That suitable notices shall be displayed and announcements made requesting people to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner so as not to disturb local residents.

312 - Customers shall use no outside area after 23.00hrs other than those who temporarily leave the premises to smoke a cigarette. Those leaving the premises should not be permitted to consume drinks whilst outside.

334 - The premises shall operate a "challenge 25" policy whereby customers purchasing alcohol who look under 25 years of age will be asked for proof to validate their age. Proof of age shall include a driving licence, passport or PASS accredited card.

340 - Signs shall be displayed at the alcohol display area and at the till to inform customers that a "challenge 25" policy is in place and customer purchasing age restricted products should be prepared to show their proof of age when buying alcohol. A register of refused sales of alcohol shall be maintained.

341 - When entertainment is being provided the Old Kent Road side entrance to the premises shall be used as an entrance and exit and doors shall remain closed except for access and egress. During this time the Trafalgar Street entrance shall be kept closed and used only as a fire exit.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

486 - The responsible person shall ensure that no alcohol is dispensed directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of a disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,
