Conditions:

100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - a.At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or b.At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

107 - Any individual carrying out security activities at the premises must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority. This does not apply where the premises are being used primarily as a Qualifying Club under a Club Premises Certificate, under a Temporary Event Notice, or primarily as a cinema, restaurant or theatre.

109 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. In this condition permitted hours means the hours stated elsewhere on this licence and: a.On Good Friday, 1200 to 2230 hours b.On Christmas Day, 1200 to 1500 hours, and 1900 to 2230 ho urs c.On New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December). The above restrictions do not prohibit; i)During the first twenty minutes after the above hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises; ii)During the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel; iii)During the first thirty minutes after the above hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meals; iv)Consumption of the alcohol on t he premises or the taking of sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises; v)The ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the dispatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered; vi)The sale of alcohol to a trade r or club for the purposes of the trade or club; vii)The sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of member s of Her Majesty's naval, military or air forces; viii)The taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there; or ix)The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide en tertained by him at his own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by the persons so supplied; or x)The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of alcohol so supplied, if the alcohol is supplied at the expense of their employer or the person carrying on, or in charge of, the business on the premises

110 - No statutory regulations for music and dancing shall apply so as to require any licence for the provision in the premises of public entertainment by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or of programmes included in any programme service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service, or of public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is produced solely by the reproduction of recorded sound is permitted.

120 - a.Subject to the following paragraphs, the permitted hours on weekdays shall extend until 2.00.a.m. in the morning following, except that - i)The permitted hours shall end at midnight on any day on which music and dancing is not provided after midnight; and ii)On any day that music and dancing end between midnight and 2.00.a.m. in the morning, the permitted hours shall end when the music and dancing end. b.On relation to the morning on which summer time begins, the reference to 2.00.a.m. in the morning in a. above shall be replaced by a reference to 3.00.a.m. in the morning. c.Except on Sundays immediately before bank holidays, the permitted hours on Sundays shall extend until thirty minutes past midnight in the morning following, except that - i)The permitted hours shall end at midnight on any Sunday on which music and dancing is not provided after midnight; ii)Where music and dancing end between midnight on any Sunday and thirty minutes past midnight, the permitted hours on that Sunday shall end w hen the music and dancing end. d.On Sundays immediately before bank holidays, the permitted hours shall extend until 2.00.a.m. in the morning following except that - i)The permitted hours shall end at midnight on any Sunday on which music and dancing is not provided after midnight; ii)Where music and dancing end between midnight on any Sunday and 2.00.a.m. the permitted hours on that Sunday shall end when the music and dancing end. e.The sale of alcohol must be ancillary to the use of the premises for music and dancing and substantial refreshment.

122 - No person under fourteen shall be in the bar of the licensed premises during the permitted hours unless one of the following applies a.He is the child of the holder of the premises licence b.He resides in the premises, but is not employed there c.He is in the bar solely for the purpose of passing to or from some part of the premises which is not a bar and to and from which there is no other convenient means of access or egress d.The bar is in railway refreshment rooms or other premises constructed, f itted and intended to be used bona fide for any purpose to which the holding of the licence is ancilla. In this condition "bar" includes any place exclusively or mainly used for the consumption of intoxicating liquor. But an area is not a bar when it is u sual for it to be, and it is, set apart for the service of tablemeals and alcohol is only sold or supplied to persons as ancillary to their table meals.

127 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied: a.With and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together w ith the meal; b.For consumption by a person residing in the premises or his guest and paid for together with his accommodation; c.To a canteen or mess.

288 - That the CCTV system installed internally and externally upon the premises ground floor shall be maintained in good working condition and operable at all times.

289 - That recordings taken by the CCTV system installed upon the premises shall be kept and made available for inspection by authorised officers for a period of thirty-one days.

326 - That all appropriate staff shall be trained in the age identification scheme required at the premises and records of training shall be kept and made available for inspection by authorised officers of the Council

334 - That an age identification scheme shall be established and maintained. The scheme shall Require the production of evidence of age (comprising any PASS accredited card or passport or driving licence) from any person appearing to staff enagaged in selling o r supplying alcohol to be under the age of 18 and who is attempting to buy alcohol.

340 - That additional staff training shall be provided and a training record shall be maintained and made available for inspection by an authorised officer on the following matters: a) On steps being taken to pursue the four licensing objectives and; b) Gener al health and safety matters.

341 - That an experiencedmember of staff be sent on the Security Indusrty Authority (SIA) Door Supervisiors training and shall be employed after 23:00 to deal with all customer control matters including the dispersal of customers.

342 - That during the forty (40) minute calming down period, drinks will be transferred into plastic cups.

343 - That the doors to the premises shall be kept in a closed position but immediately available for escape purposes while music is being played.

344 - That no alcohol shall be taken from the premises in open containers, a notice to this effect shall be posted at the exits.

345 - That an arrangement will be made with a local taxi company through which taxis will be arranged for customers as required during the calming down period, and the drivers will be required to call for their customers at the premises and not sound their car horn outside.

346 - That a scheme shall be developed to install air conditioning within the premises. The timetable for the scheme shall be developed in accordance with the Southwark Noise Team.

347 - That all fire exits shall be identified with appropriate signage in accordance with current regulations.

348 - That a cleaning schedule shall be implementedcovering the internal and external parts of the premises; and this schedule shall include agreement by staff to check the exterior of the premises at close of hours and remove any litter connected with the prem ises.

349 - That the premises management shall hold regular meetings at least quartely to address any issues regarding the operation of the premises under the licence: a) With staff and; b With local residents and interested parties.

485 - (1) The responsible person shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises in a manner which carries a significant risk of leading or contributing to crime and disorder, prejudice to public safety, public nuisance, or harm to children (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic (other than any promotion or discount available to an individual in respect of alcohol for consumption at a table meal, as defined in section 159 of the Act); (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less; (d) provision of free or discounted alcohol in relation tot he viewing on the premises of a sporting event, where that provision is dependent on- (i) the outcome of a race, competition or other event or process; or (ii) the likelihood of anything occurring or not occurring; (e) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional posters or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner.

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

807 - That the number of persons accommodated at any time on the ground floor bar shall not exceed 100 (One Hundred)

809 - All amplified music to be played through the premises sound limiting device which shall be set at a level agreeable to the Council's Environmental Health Officer

811 - That notices shall be displayed and announcements made requesting that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner as not to disturb local residents.
