Conditions:

102 - The admission of children to films given under this licence must be restricted in accordance with the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification or of the licensing authority itself.

107 - Any individual carrying out security activities at the premises must be. (a) authorised to carry out that activity by a licence granted under the Private Security Industry Act 2001; or (b) entitled to carry out that activity by virtue of section 4 of that Act.

291 - There shall be 2 trained SIA University of the Arts London staff available at all times that the premises are open to the public.

307 - The safe capacity limit for the premises shall be set at 100 people.

340 - Venue staff shall record numbers of people entering and leaving the premises and restrict entry accordingly to the set safe capacity limit.

341 - Crime prevention notices shall be used and displayed at the premises, which shall display relevant information in consultation with the police.

342 - Details of the premises opening and closing times shall be clearly displayed at the premises

343 - Alcohol shall be provided free of charge for limited periods at certain irregular events with selected opening times only.

344 - Alcohol shall only be provided free of charge, to invited quests over the age of 18 for which proof of age identification shall be required.

345 - Any alcohol provided shall be served in either non- breakable plastic containers or toughened glass.

346 - Members of the public shall not be allowed to bring alcohol on to the premises.

347 - At the times that alcohol is to be provided free at 'certain events' service shall cease at 22:00 hours.

348 - A dispersal policy shall be established encouraging customers to leave the premises promptly and in a quiet and orderly manner from 22:00 hours.

349 - The area outside of the venue shall be restricted for public usefrom 22:30 hours.

350 - Periodic perimeter checks shall be performed by the SIA staff during public events.

351 - SIA staff shall ensure the quick dispersal of customers from outside the premises after closing time.

352 - The use of amplified music/sound at irregular events outside the venue shall be restricted from 22:30 hours.

353 - The premises staff shall ensure that there is no nudity, gambling or films for restricted age groups shown onsite.

354 - A CRB checked adult member of staff shall be present for the maximum of every 50 children in the venue a any one time to manage their behaviour and safety.
