Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

102 - The admission of children to films given under this licence must be restricted in accordance with the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification or of the licensing authority itself.

107 - Any individual carrying out security activities at the premises must be. (a) authorised to carry out that activity by a licence granted under the Private Security Industry Act 2001; or (b) entitled to carry out that activity by virtue of section 4 of that Act.

241 - Overcrowding shall not be allowed in any part of the premises.

247 - Means of escape shall be regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily and that they are clearly identifiable.

276 - Adequate ventilation shall be provided within the buildings.

293 - All staff serving alcohol shall be trained in licensing legislation and the use of age ID cards.

340 - The head groundsman or his deputy shall monitor the premises and shall be in charge of locking/unlocking the pavilion.

341 - There shall be steel security shutters at the front of the pavilion covering and securing the doors and windows.

342 - The pavilion shall be locked with heavy padlocks whilst not in use.

343 - Two members of the School staff/PTA shall have personal licences and more shall be trained to ensure that sufficient personal licence holders will be available to attend events as necessary.

344 - Alcohol shall be stored in lockable areas, of which children shall have no access.

345 - People consuming alcohol on the premises shall be, staff bona fide guests and/or other persons authorised to attend functions.

346 - Alcohol shall only be served at organised events.

347 - Person who appear to be under the age of 21 will be required to provide recognised proof of age cards such as a passport; a photo driving licence or other photo ID, being served alcohol.

348 - When alcohol is served sufficient numbers of stewards/organisers shall be present to reduce crime and disorder.

349 - Policies to prevent crime and disorder shall be regularly reviewed.

350 - The general public shall not be admitted to the premises

351 - All emergency exit doors shall be easily operable without the use of a key; card, code or similar means and shall be available for egress at all times that authorised personnel are on the premises.

352 - Records of safety checks shall be kept and made available on request.

353 - Step and stair edges shall be highlighted so as to be conspicuous.

354 - All gangways, exitways and treads of steps or stairways will be maintained with non-slippery and even surfaces.

355 - Access shall be provided for emergency vehicles

356 - Curtains, hangings and temporary decorations shall not obstruct exits.

357 - Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of emergencies will be predominantly displayed and maintained in good condition.

358 - Access shall be provided for emergency vehicles and shall be kept clear and free of obstruction at all times.

359 - All members of staff and the PTA shall be trained in the evacuation policy implemented at the premises.

360 - Adequate arrangements shall be made for the safe evacuation of disabled people; accordingly disabled people shall be made aware of the evacuation procedure in the event of an emergency.

361 - A special provision shall be made for on site for pre-arranged disabled parking.

362 - All incidents shall be recorded in the incident book kept at the premises

363 - Where tables and chairs are provided clear gangways to exits shall be maintained.

364 - All caretakers shall be trained in first aid.

365 - An adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials will be available on the premises.

366 - Steps shall be taken to monitor traffic to ensure there is no danger to pedestrians.

367 - For large events notification, co-ordination and co-operation shall take place with the local authority to ensure that emergency vehicles have access and that Grange lane does not suffer from excessive and unnecessary traffic congestion.

368 - At events where a risk assessment deems that it is necessary for the safety of authorised visitors there shall be a St John's Ambulance presence for the duration of the event.

369 - If marquees are to be erected within the curtilage of the premises, they will be done by professional contractors and the licensing authority shall be notified of their erection no less than14 days before the event.

370 - Whilst licensable activities are taking place, all windows and doors shall be closed except for access and egress, to minimise any potential noise nuisance to local residents and/or businesses.

371 - Noise shall be monitored and kept to within agreed levels.

372 - Dedicated personal shall be identified to ensure that rubbish is disposed of appropriately to include maximising recycling.

373 - Adequate wheelie bins, to be emptied regularly, shall be provided at the premises

374 - A dispersal strategy consistent with the nature and standard of the premises shall be implemented.

375 - Stewards will be on duty for larger functions to monitor and organise the ingress and egress of people; the safety of the premises and surrounding areas and whether any nuisance could be caused to surrounding residents or businesses.

376 - A challenge '21 policy shall be implemented at the premises and personnel authorised to serve alcohol shall receive training concerning the policy as and when necessary.

377 - Children other than students of the school, shall not be allowed on the premises without an adult who must be a member of staff; a parent of a student of the school, a guest or an authorised visitor.

378 - A policy in respect of the granted premises licence shall be distributed among staff and members of the PTA.

379 - In respect of the showing of films the school and PTA shall adhere to the film classifications designated by the film classification body as specified.

380 - A lost and found policy shall be implemented with respect to children.

381 - Attendants shall be present at performances for unaccompanied children.

382 - No alcohol or late night refreshment to be served after 10.00pm except on a maximum of six occasions per year when this will be extended to midnight:, neighbours to be notified in advance of these occasions

383 - No music to be played outside after 9.00pm and no music at all after 10.00pm, subject to the six occasions mentioned above

384 - Third parties will not use the premises before 08:00 hours

385 - No music to be played by third parties using the premises

386 - No use by third parties of school premises in Grange Lane after 10.00pm and 6.00pm on Sundays.
