Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

124 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the permitted hours. In this condition the permitted also include: a.On Christmas day, 12 noon to 3.00.p.m. and 7.00.p.m. to 10.30.p.m. b.On Good Friday, 8.00.a.m. to 10.30.p.m. The above restrictions do not prohibit: i)During the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises, unl ess the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel ii)The ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the dispatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered; iii)The sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club ; iv)The sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty's naval, military or air forces .

125 - Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.

127 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied: a.With and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together w ith the meal; b.For consumption by a person residing in the premises or his guest and paid for together with his accommodation; c.To a canteen or mess.

235 - a.The licensee or some responsible person nominated by him in writing for the purpose shall be in charge of, and upon, the licensed premises during the whole time that they are open to the public. Such written nomination shall be continuously available for inspection by any officer authorised in writing by the Council. The person in charge shall not been engaged on any duties which will prevent him or her from exercising general supervision and he or she shall be assisted as necessary by suitable adult persons to ensure adequate supervision. The person in charge should be conversant with these rules, a copy of which should be held on the premises. b.The licensee shall maintain a daily register (or similar documents approved by the Council) in which he or she shall record the name and address of any person who is present at, and responsible for managing, the licensed premises and if required by the Council the names and addresses of all persons employed at or working in the licensed night cafe. The register is to be completed by 11.15pm each day (12.15am for take-away only premises) the licensed night cafe is open for business and is to be available for inspection by the police and by authorised officers of the Council. c.All members of staff shall be easily identified as such. If required by the Council in writing the licensee shall ensure that during the hours the licensed night cafe is open for business every employee or person working for in the licensed premises wears a badge of a type approved by the Council indicating his or her name and that he or she is an employee or person working in the premises. d.A notice showing the name of the person in charge of the premises at the time they are open under the licence shall be conspicuously exhibited in a position where it can be easily seen by customers.

288 - That the CCTV system installed upon the premises shall be maintained in good working condition and operable at all times

289 - That recordings taken by the CCTV system installed upon the premises shall be kept and made available for inspection by authorised officers for a period of twenty-eight days

326 - That all appropriate staff shall be trained in the age identification scheme required at the premises and records of training shall be kept and made available for inspection by authorised officers of the Council

334 - That an age identification scheme shall be established and maintained. The scheme shall Require the production of evidence of age (comprising any PASS accredited card or passport or driving licence) from any person appearing to staff enagaged in selling o r supplying alcohol to be under the age of 18 and who is attempting to buy alcohol

336 - A personal licence holder shall be on the premises at all times that intoxicating liquor is supplied

340 - A recognised training scheme for all staff concerned with the sale or supply of intoxicating liquor with records of such training available for inspection, on request, by police or council officers.

341 - Challenge 21 to be operated at all times.

342 - All staff shall be trained to accept only proof of age (PASS SCHEME) card, passport or photo driving licence as acceptable forms of identification when selling alcohol.

343 - Signs shall be displayed at point of sale stating 'NO PROOF OF AGE _ NO SALE'

344 - A refusal book shall be kept on the premises and maintained at all times.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

840 - A logbook is to be kept available for inspection detailing the following: a) all hours worked by DPS and each personal licence holder; b) any hours when alcohol is not offered for sale due to there not being any person able to authorise the sale of alcohol (DPS/ personal licence holder) on the premises in excess of 30 hours in any rolling 7 day period.
