129 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. In this condition permitted hours means a.On Good Friday, 1200 to 2230 hours b.On New Year's Eve, except on a Sunday, 1100 to 2300 hours c.On New Year's Eve on a Sunday, 1200 to 2230 hours d.On New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December). e.On Christmas Day, as provided by the rules of the clu b and notified in writing by the chairman or secretary of the club to the chief executive of the justices for the petty sessions area in which the premises are. The said hours shall: i)Not exceed six and a half hours; ii)Not begin earlier than 1200 hou rs iii)Not end later than 2230 hours iv)Provide for a break of at least 2 hours, including 1500 to 1700 hours v)not extend for more than three and a half hours after 1700 hours The above restrictions do not prohibit the supply to, or consumption by, a ny person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing

130 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal

155 - a.The Licensee shall cause a Fire log-book to be kept. b.Any authorized officer shall be entitled to obtain a photocopy of any page(s) of the log-book.

162 - The Licensee / Duty Manager shall ensure that all necessary safety checks have been carried out before the admission of the public. Details of the checks shall be entered in the Fire log-book; this may be by use of a separate check list.

163 - a.All escape routes and exits including external exits shall be maintained unobstructed, in good order with non- slippery and even surfaces, free of trip hazards and clearly identified in accordance with the approved arrangements. b.All exits door shal l be available and easily operable without the use of a key, card, code or similar means. Only approved fastenings shall be used. c.Any removable security fastening shall be removed from the doors prior to opening the premises to the public. All such fas tenings shall be kept in the approved positions. d.If required, exit doors shall be secured in the fully open position when the public are present. e.All fire-doors shall be maintained effectively self-closing and shall not be held open other than by ap proved devices. f.Fire-resisting doors to ducts, service shafts and cupboards shall be kept locked shut. g.The edges of treads of steps and stairways shall be maintained so as to be conspicuous.

255 - a.Fire extinguishers and equipment shall be efficiently maintained in satisfactory working order and kept available for instant use. They shall be in the charge of a suitable person specially nominated for the purpose. b.Portable fire extinguishers shal l be examined at least once a year and periodically tested in accordance with the current British Standard by a competent person and the date of such test shall be clearly marked on the appropriate extinguishers or on stout tabs securely attached to them. Extinguishers which incorporate an antifreeze agent shall be examined and recharged in compliance with manufacturer's instructions. c.Where provided hydraulic hose reels shall be tested once a year to check that they are in working order and produce a satisfactory jet of water, and the test shall be recorded in a log book. d.All testing of fire extinguishers and equipment shall be at the expense of the licensee.

308 - That there shall be no admissions to the premises after 2300 hours

311 - That notices shall be displayed and announcements made requesting that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner

315 - That the external areas shall not be used after 2300 hours each day

327 - That signs shall be displayed informing customers and staff that sales of alcohol will not be made to under 18s and that age identification will be required

332 - All children on the premises under 18 will be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times

340 - Mini cabs drivers will be required to announce their arrival by either telephone or ringing the main entrance bell

341 - That live music will cease at 0000 hours except on New Year's Eve when live music may be provided to 0030 hours

342 - That the Members Club shall be operated in accordance with the Club Rules

343 - That an air conditioning system shall be installed upon the premises to the satisfaction of the Council's Noise Team and shall thereon be maintained in good working condition

344 - That the patio doors shall be closed at 2300 hours each day
