114 - This licence allows for the premises to extend the following licensable activities for non standard timings as stated below on the following days: Provision of regulated entertainment Live Music Bank Holiday Mondays 14.00 - 16.30

129 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. In this condition permitted hours means a.On Good Friday, 1200 to 2230 hours b.On New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December). c.On Christmas Day, as provided by the rules of the club and notified in writing by the chairman or secretary of the club to the chief executive of the justices for the petty sessions area in which the premises are. The said hours shall: i)Not exceed six and a half hours; ii)Not begin earlier than 1200 hours iii)Not end later than 2230 hours iv)Provide for a break of at least 2 hours, including 1500 to 1700 hours v)not extend for more than three and a half hours after 1700 hours The above restrictions do not prohibit the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing

163 - a.All escape routes and exits including external exits shall be maintained unobstructed, in good order with non- slippery and even surfaces, free of trip hazards and clearly identified in accordance with the approved arrangements. b.All exits door shall be available and easily operable without the use of a key, card, code or similar means. Only approved fastenings shall be used. c.Any removable security fastening shall be removed from the doors prior to opening the premises to the public. All such fast enings shall be kept in the approved positions. d.If required, exit doors shall be secured in the fully open position when the public are present. e.All fire-doors shall be maintained effectively self-closing and shall not be held open other than by app roved devices. f.Fire-resisting doors to ducts, service shafts and cupboards shall be kept locked shut. g.The edges of treads of steps and stairways shall be maintained so as to be conspicuous.

288 - That the CCTV system installed upon the premises shall be maintained in good working condition and operable at all times

289 - That recordings taken by the CCTV system installed upon the premises shall be kept and made available for inspection by authorised officers for a period of thirty one (31) days

316 - Delivery and removal of goods, equipment and waste shall not take place between the hours of 12 midnight and 7 am.

327 - That signs shall be displayed informing customers and staff that sales of alcohol will not be made to under 18s and that age identification will be required.

332 - All children on the premises will be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times.

340 - That admission to the club is confined to members and their bona fide guest only.

341 - That young adults applying for membership must satisfy the club committee that they are over 18 and if necessary produce proof of age.

342 - That fire action notices and emergency escape routes are sign posted and clearly identified.

810 - That all windows and doors excepting any that may be required to be locked open for the purposes of means of escape, shall be kept closed whenever public entertainment is being provided upon the premises

843 - That all external areas be cleared of patrons by 20:50 hours.

844 - That no amplified music be played in external areas.
