Conditions: 108 - The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must a.Be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club orconsumption on the premises b.The alcohol supp lied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container c.The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to member of the club

129 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. In this condition permitted hours means the hours stated elsewhere on this licence and: a.On Good Friday, 1200 to 2230 hours b.On New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December). c.On Christmas Day, as provided by the rules of the club and notified in writing by the chairman or secretary of the club to the chief executive of the justices for the petty sessions area in which the premises are. The said hours shall: i)Not exceed six and a half hours; ii)Not begin earlier than 1200 hours iii)Not end later than 2230 hours iv)Provide for a break of a t least 2 hours, including 1500 to 1700 hours v)not extend for more than three and a half hours after 1700 hours The above restrictions do not prohibit the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing

130 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal

288 - That the CCTV system installed upon the premises shall be maintained in good working condition and operable at all times

340 - That admission to the club is confined to members and their bona fide guests and controlled through a computerised door entry system

341 - Club employees shall be instructed not to admit or serve members and guests who appear intoxicated

342 - That fire action notices are posted and emergency escape routes are clearly signposted

343 - That signage is displayed near exits requesting members and guests to respect the needs of local residents by quietly leaving the premises and car park

344 - When live or recorded music is played, all reasonable steps will be taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties

345 - The Function Room Bar will be closed during Junior Discos

346 - Children and Grandchildren of Members may be admitted to the Snooker Room for tuition

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.
