Conditions: 108 - The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must a.Be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club orconsumption on the premises b.The alcohol supp lied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container c.The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to member of the club

129 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. In this condition permitted hours means the hours stated elsewhere on this licence and: a.On Good Friday, 1200 to 2230 hours b.On New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December). c.On Christmas Day, as provided by the rules of the club and notified in writing by the chairman or secretary of the club to the chief executive of the justices for the petty sessions area in which the premises are. The said hours shall: i)Not exceed six and a half hours; ii)Not begin earlier than 1200 hours iii)Not end later than 2230 hours iv)Provide for a break of a t least 2 hours, including 1500 to 1700 hours v)not extend for more than three and a half hours after 1700 hours The above restrictions do not prohibit the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing

130 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal

167 - Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of fire or other emergencies, including how the fire brigade can be summoned, shall be prominently displayed and shall be protected from damage or deterioration.

255 - a.Fire extinguishers and equipment as approved by the Council shall be efficiently maintained in satisfactory working order and kept available for instance use. They shall be in the charge of a suitable person specially nominated for the purpose. b.Port able fire extinguishers shall be examined at least once a year and periodically tested in accordance with the current British Standard by a competent person and the date of such test shall be clearly marked on the appropriate extinguishers or on stout tab s securely attached to them. Extinguishers which incorporate an antifreeze agent shall be examined and recharged in compliance with manufacturer's instructions. c.Where provided hydraulic hose reels shall be tested once a year to check that they are in working order and produce a satisfactory jet of water, and the test shall be recorded in a log book. d.All testing of fire extinguishers and equipment shall be at the expense of the licensee.

257 - The Fire Brigade shall be called to any outbreak of fire, however slight. Suitable notices shall be displayed indicating how the brigade can be summoned.

307 - That the maximum number of persons that may be accommodated on the premises at any one time shall not exceed 100 (One Hundred) except where a sit down meal is provided where the number of persons attending shall not exceed 60 (Sixty)

311 - That notices shall be displayed and announcements made requesting that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner

316 - Delivery and removal of goods, equipment and waste shall not take place between the hours of 12 midnight and 0700 hours. The licensee shall maintain a contract with Southwark Councfil to provide adequate storage and removal of waste.

323 - That the duty staff make regular checks to ensure that music cannot be heard more than thirteen metres from the Club House

332 - All children on the premises under 16 will be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times

340 - The Licensees will ensure that a continuous programme of review will be in place in order to react positively to experience, advice received and changes in the Licensing law and regulations

341 - Crime Prevention notices will be provided and displayed

342 - Adequate Exits including designated Fire Exits will be provided as well as adequate signage showing the positions of Fire Exits
